Having said that, so long as you have a goal or direction... the progress of evaluating what you want to do when you grow up is not scary. I still don't know that but as I have goals that I make progress toward - it does not worry me. I remember when I was taking some tests.. I use to forget some parts of the kata becuase I was trying to overthink it rather then just let my muscles take over.
